Because all Born By Giants products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please review your order carefully — including size, colour, and design — before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at store@bornbygiants.com with:
- A clear photo of the item
- Your order number
We'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund — no need to return the item.
Non-Returnable Items
As all products are custom-made on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind or incorrect size selection
- Sale items
- Gift cards
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, please note that made-to-order and personalized items are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Article 16(c)). Refunds
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at store@bornbygiants.com.
